At Bazaar in Egypt, every handmade glass ornament is carefully selected, packed, and prepared for shipping with attention to detail. Because our products are delicate, handmade, and often shipped internationally, we aim to make our refund and returns process clear, fair, and easy to understand.
Please read this policy before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation
- Approved by our customer support team before being shipped back
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact Bazaar in Egypt with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and provide return instructions.
Please do not send your item back before receiving return approval.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care when packing handmade glass ornaments. However, because glass ornaments are fragile, damage may occasionally happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged ornament
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the inner packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing the claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item, if available
- A refund for the damaged item
- Store credit
- Another suitable solution based on the situation
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may be difficult to approve, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the items received. Once we review your request, we will work with you to correct the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made ornaments
- Personalized designs
- Wholesale or bulk orders
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned without return approval
- Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping
Because handmade glass ornaments are delicate, all returned items must be packed carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.
Handmade Product Variations
Bazaar in Egypt sells handmade glass ornaments crafted by skilled artisans. Small variations in shape, color, size, texture, or finish are normal and are part of the beauty of handmade glass.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Each ornament may be slightly different from the photos shown on the website due to the handmade process, photography lighting, screen settings, and the artistic nature of glassmaking.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Bazaar in Egypt or an approved damage claim.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and proper protective packaging when returning glass ornaments. Bazaar in Egypt is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
If a returned item arrives broken because it was not packed properly, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Bazaar in Egypt.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
If you still have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact us with your order number and refund confirmation details.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because our ornaments are handmade and availability may change, we cannot guarantee that the same item will always be available for exchange.
If the original item is unavailable, we may offer:
- A similar replacement
- Store credit
- A refund for the affected item
For size, design, or preference changes, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item if it is eligible.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please check the product page before purchasing sale items.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order details.
Approved gift returns may be handled as store credit or refunded to the original purchaser, depending on the order and payment method.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale, bulk, and custom orders are handled separately from standard retail orders.
Because wholesale and custom orders are often prepared specifically for the buyer, they may be final sale once approved and produced.
For wholesale orders, please confirm all product details, quantities, pricing, shipping terms, and return conditions before completing your purchase.
If a wholesale shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
Bazaar in Egypt may ship orders internationally.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not controlled by Bazaar in Egypt and are non-refundable.
Shipping delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our control.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, customized, or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.
Custom, wholesale, or personalized orders may not be canceled once production or preparation has started.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs or carrier fees
- Any additional handling charges
Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages are reviewed case by case.
Packaging Your Return
Glass ornaments are fragile and must be packed with care.
When returning an approved item, please:
- Use the original packaging when possible
- Wrap each ornament securely
- Use protective materials inside the box
- Avoid loose movement inside the package
- Use a strong shipping box
- Choose a trackable shipping method
Returned ornaments that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for a refund.
